What does it cost?
The page is free, for as long as you like, with no card needed. Paid plans start at £4.99 a month if you want more blocks, more pages and premium themes. The loyalty stamp card is a separate add-on at £35 a month after a 30-day free trial. You can run the free page without it.
Do I need to buy anything for the desk?
No. Your page has a QR code you can print and stand by the till today. WiseTapp NFC stands and stickers are optional: clients tap them with their phone and the page opens. They connect to your page with a code in a few seconds.
Does it replace my booking system?
No, it sits in front of it. Keep Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy, Timely or whatever you use; the page puts the booking link, your prices and reviews in one place so clients get to that system in one tap.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Pick your username, pick a theme, paste your booking link, your Instagram and a few prices. Your page is live at the end of the wizard; you can tidy it later from your phone.
Do my clients need an app?
No. The page opens in the browser on any phone. The loyalty card, if you add it, goes into the wallet app they already have — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. The free page stays free. If you cancel a paid plan or the stamps add-on, nothing is deleted: anything over the free limits becomes read-only until you come back, and your clients keep their stamps.
