What do the paid plans add?
Starter (£2.99 a month, billed annually) hides the logo, unlocks premium themes, dark mode and backgrounds, AI comment replies, 20 blocks, 5 pages, 5 short links and 90-day insights. Accessories stay unlimited on every plan. Pro (£6.99) adds locked blocks, chip redirect, contact export, 40 blocks, 10 pages, 25 short links and 365-day insights. Premium (£12.99) adds an AI assistant, a shared knowledge base, unlimited blocks, 50 pages, 50 short links and lifetime insights. Compare every featureDo I need a paid plan for the card to work?
No. Cards, tags, QR codes and the whole share kit work on Free. Paid plans change what is on the page and how much history you keep, not whether the tap works.
How much does a card cost?
A WiseTap card is £25, bought once. There is no subscription to keep it working and the page it opens is free. Prices for keychains and stick-on tags are shown in the shop.
When do paid plans launch?
Soon. Everything on Free works today. From Billing in your admin you can ask to be told the day paid plans open, and nothing you build now will need redoing.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
You go back to Free. Your pages, cards, contacts and existing short links stay — short links keep redirecting. You cannot create more than the new plan allows. The WiseTap mark comes back. Visitor AI chat stops. Nothing is deleted. Cancel in the Stripe portal or by emailing hello@wisetap.co.uk.

Pounds sterling. Cards are a one-off payment; plans will be billed annually when they launch.
How does the cost compare with paper cards?
A box of 500 paper cards costs roughly £40 to £120 in the UK and gets reprinted with every new hire, title change and rebrand. A WiseTap card is £25 once and edited forever. For a team of twelve that is usually a saving inside the first year.
