Loyalty stamps for nail salons

The stamp card your clients can't lose.

A digital stamp card in Apple or Google Wallet. Clients join in ten seconds at your desk; your techs stamp it with a four-digit PIN. 30 days free, then £35 a month. Your salon page is included.

Set up before your next client sits down.

Three steps. The first two happen once. After that, loyalty is a PIN and a thank-you.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the reward

"20% off your 5th set" is already filled in for nail salons. Change the visit it lands on, the wording, the colour and the stamp. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2

Put the card on the desk

Print the counter card with your QR, or tap-to-open with a stand. A client scans, types a name and number, and the card is in their wallet.

  3. Step 3

    Stamp with a PIN

At the till, the client shows the card; your tech types a four-digit PIN on their phone. One stamp per visit, enforced. Reward lights up on the visit you chose.

What your client sees. Drawn for nails, not a template.

The card below is the real renderer, the one that goes in their wallet. Pink polish by default for nail salons; change the design, the stamp shape and the colour until it looks like your salon. Every stamp updates the pass in their wallet on its own.

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes that update themselves
  • Opens in the browser too — no wallet needed to join
  • Reward slot lights up on the 5th visit by default; pick any visit
  • Nail-polish bottle, brush and more as the stamp glyph

The counter card

Print it from your admin. One scan joins; the same scan opens the stamp sheet for staff.

The rules that keep it honest.

A loyalty card only works if your staff trust it and your clients cannot game it. These are built in, not optional.

One stamp per visit

The card refuses a second stamp the same day unless you allow it. Staff cannot be talked into 'just one more'.

Only your PIN stamps

Four digits your team knows. Change it from your phone whenever a tech leaves.

Your members, your list

Every member sits under Contacts with their stamps and rewards. Those who ticked the box can hear about your next offer.

Cancel, keep the stamps

Cancel from Settings any time. Before day 31 you pay nothing. Your clients' cards and stamps stay as they are.

The stamp card sits on a page. The page is free.

You came for stamps, so start there. But the same tap or scan that opens the card also opens your booking link, price list, Google reviews and Instagram, if you switch them on. Many salons do, once the stand is already on the desk.

Before you start the trial.

The questions salon owners ask us, answered straight. Everything else is on the loyalty card page.

What does it cost, exactly?

Stamps Starter is £35 a month, or £350 a year, after a 30-day free trial. One salon, up to 500 members. Your WiseTapp page — the thing the card lives on — is free and stays free whether or not you keep the stamps.

Do I pay anything today?

No. You add a card at the start so the trial can roll into a subscription on day 31; nothing is charged before that. Cancel from Settings before then and you pay nothing at all.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They scan your QR or tap the stand, type a name and a phone number or email, and the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — apps already on their phone. The card also opens in the browser if they prefer.

How does my staff stamp?

The client shows their card; your tech types the four-digit salon PIN on the client's phone. That is the whole gesture. Salons that prefer to scan the client's wallet pass from their own phone, or to hand out tap keychains, can ask us to switch the salon over — the cards underneath do not change.

What about my existing paper cards?

Honour them: when a client joins, give them the stamps they already have. Staff can add more than one stamp in a single visit when you allow it, so the switch takes one visit, not a month.

What is the 'free page'?

Every stamp card sits on a WiseTapp page: a one-tap page with your booking link, prices, reviews and socials. You get it free with the stamps, and most salons end up using it as the thing on the desk. You can ignore everything but the stamp card if you like.

Your stamp card, live before tonight's last client.

Create your free page, start the 30-day stamps trial, print the counter card. Nothing charged before day 31.
