Digital loyalty card

A stamp card that lives in their wallet. Stamped in a second at the till.

Customers join in ten seconds, keep the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and your staff stamp it with a PIN, a scan or a keychain. Nothing to print, nothing for anyone to download, and the pass updates itself.

The WiseTapp loyalty card, in one paragraph.

It is a digital stamp card for a small business. A customer taps or scans at your counter, enters a name and a number, and gets a card they keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Each visit, your staff add a stamp with a four-digit PIN on the customer's phone, by scanning their pass, or when they tap a keychain. On the visit you choose, the reward slot lights up. You see who your regulars are, and the ones who ticked the box can hear about your next offer. It sits on the same WiseTapp page as your links, menu and bookings.

What it is

  • A wallet pass that updates itself
  • A ten-second join at the till
  • A PIN, a scanner and a keychain to stamp
  • A members list you can actually use

What it isn't

  • An app your customers must download
  • A tablet or terminal to buy for the counter
  • A print run that goes stale
  • A points scheme nobody understands

From a QR on the counter to a stamp in their wallet.

Four steps, and the first two happen once. After that, loyalty is a four-digit PIN and a thank-you.

  1. Step 1

Put the code on the counter

A QR card by the till, or a WiseTap NFC stand customers tap. Either opens your page with the stamp card on it.

Same page as your bookings, menu and reviews, so there is nothing new to explain.

    Collect a stamp
    every visit

    Tap or scan

  2. Step 2

    They join in ten seconds

Name and a phone number or email. A consent tick if they want your offers. That is the whole form.

No app, no password, no download. The card is remembered on their phone from then on.

  3. Step 3

The card goes in their wallet

One tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to their bank cards and boarding passes.

Every stamp pushes to the pass, so it is always right when they open it at the counter.

  4. Step 4

    You stamp in a second

Staff type a four-digit PIN on the customer's phone, scan their pass, or tap their keychain.

A daily cap and an undo button keep it honest without making anyone feel accused.

Three ways to stamp. Use the one that fits your counter.

A busy salon wants a PIN. A café wants to scan. A barber's regulars want something to tap on the way in. Switch between them whenever you like; the cards underneath do not change.

Staff PIN

Salons and barbers

The customer opens their card and hands over the phone. Staff type the four-digit PIN. One stamp lands, the card closes.

  • Nothing at the till to buy or charge
  • One stamp per customer per day by default
  • Change the PIN whenever staff change

Scanner

Cafés and restaurants

The customer shows the pass in their wallet. You scan it from the WiseTap app on your own phone and land on a one-tap stamp screen.

  • Works with Apple and Google Wallet passes
  • Rejects cards from other businesses
  • Give several stamps at once for a big order

Keychain

Regulars who want a thing to tap

A WiseTap keychain bound to their card. They tap it on the stand on their way in, and the stamp sheet opens.

  • No phone needed at the counter
  • Pause or replace a lost keychain in a tap
  • The card underneath is the same one

In their wallet, next to the bank card. Updated before they reach the door.

A paper card is in the other coat. An app is three screens away. A wallet pass is one swipe from the lock screen, and when a stamp lands, the pass changes on its own, so what they show you is always right.

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

One tap from the card page. iPhone adds from Safari; Android adds to Google Wallet.

  • Pushes itself

A stamp, a reward, a change of design: the pass refreshes without anyone opening anything.

  • The pass is the card

Its barcode is the card itself. Your scanner reads it; anyone else's camera just opens the card.

Try it

Stamp a card right here. No sign-up, no QR to scan.

Pick a trade, play the till. The stamps pop, the reward lights up, and Undo takes back a slip. This is the product's own card renderer, so what you see is what you get.

You are the till

Stamp a visit. Take one back. Hand over the reward.

This is the owner's side of the counter. Each tap is one line in the card's history, so an accidental stamp is undone rather than argued over.

What the card remembers

Nothing yet. Stamp a visit and it appears here, newest first.

Hard to cheat, easy to forgive.

A loyalty card only works if your staff trust it and your customers never feel accused. These four rules do both.

A PIN only staff know

Customers cannot stamp themselves. The PIN is four digits, typed on their phone by your team.

Undo, not argue

Every stamp is a line in the card's history. An accidental double tap is taken back in a second, and the card shows the truth.

One a day, unless you say

A PIN stamp counts once per day per customer. You decide the cap, up to 5 when a visit deserves it.

Reward on the visit you choose

Set the reward for visit 3 to 20. Change it later and every card already handed out follows.

Paper card, loyalty app, or this.

Paper is cheap until you count the ones that never came back. Apps work until you ask a stranger to download one. A wallet pass is the bit of both that people actually keep.

Questions owners ask before switching on stamps.

Plain answers. Everything about plans, privacy and the rest of the page is on the FAQ.

All questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan or tap at the counter, type a name and a number, and the card is theirs. It is remembered on their phone, and one tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

How does a customer join the stamp card?

They open your WiseTap page by tapping an NFC stand or scanning the QR by the till, tap the stamp card, and enter a name and a phone number or email. That takes about ten seconds. The card then lives at tap.wisetap.co.uk/s/their-code and in their wallet.

How do staff add a stamp?

Three ways, and you can use any of them. Staff type a four-digit PIN on the customer's phone. Or you scan the customer's wallet pass from the WiseTap app on your own phone. Or the customer taps a WiseTap keychain bound to their card.

Does it work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?

Yes. The card is a real wallet pass, not a screenshot. When a stamp lands, the pass updates, so what they show at the counter is always current. iPhone adds it from Safari; Android adds it to Google Wallet.

Can customers stamp themselves?

No. A stamp needs the staff PIN, your scanner or a bound keychain. PIN stamps are capped per customer per day, and every stamp is a line in the card's history you can undo. Rewards are redeemed with the PIN too.

Can I change the reward or the design later?

Yes, any time. Pick one of 15 card designs, change the stamp shape and colour, the reward and the visit it lands on. Every card already in a customer's wallet shows the new version.

What about the paper cards I have already handed out?

Honour them. Switch on several stamps per visit and credit the stamps they already have the first time they join, so nobody starts from zero.

Which businesses can use it?

Loyalty stamps are built for nail salons, barbers, hair salons, cafés and restaurants, with card designs drawn for each. If your trade is not on the list, email info@wisetap.co.uk and we will switch it on for your page.

What do I see as the owner?

Who holds a card, how many stamps they have, rewards ready and redeemed, and who ticked the consent box, so your next offer goes to people who asked for it. Members sit in Contacts with the rest of your customers.

Your regulars, stamped by Friday.

Make your page, switch on stamps, print one QR for the counter. The rest is a four-digit PIN.
